Go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> .NET Framework 2.0 Configuration -> Runtime Security Policy -> Machine -> All_Code
I did a right click on All_Code and checked out the Properties -> Permission Set
I set that Permission Set to FullTrust as it was previously set to Nothing.
